There were no Russians imprisoned for hacking the DNC server. There is no law about doing business in Russia, though it's risky and so full of shady characters that is hard too differentiate between it and the DNC. There was no proof of a hack of the DNC server and no Virginia, 17 agencies do not agree that there was a hack of the DNC server.
Sure that's what you meant to say. Not the least bit suspicious in light of your long history of speculative fiction and historical fantasy.

Agreed that no Russians were imprisoned for hacking the DNC server. They're all in Russia and won't be extradited. They were indicted for doing so. Maybe that's what you "meant to say":

When you're finished pleasuring Vladimir Putin, maybe you can come up with a coherent argument. But more likely it will be more speculative fiction.

Matt Drudge, the famous news aggregator and internet provocateur, shattered the lull of an otherwise calm Saturday morning with a big-if-true bombshell: “EXCLUSIVE: BLOOMBERG CONSIDERS HILLARY RUNNING MATE.”

“Sources close to Bloomberg campaign tell DRUDGE REPORT that candidate is considering Hillary as running mate, after their polling found the Bloomberg-Clinton combination would be a formidable force...,” the tweet continued, pointing to Drudge’s eponymous website, where the scoop was played in underlined type above the scroll and a bright-red all-caps headline.

By Saturday afternoon, Drudge was linking from his own homepage to the report carried in the Daily Mail citing Drudge’s own as yet unconfirmed scoop.

Er, uhm... give us a few months to figure something out. Meanwhile the Judge is drumming their fingers on the desk going - So what yous guys got? You would know about making stuff up, Mr. Speculative Fiction.

Last I heard, the indicted hackers haven't answered the charges in court, so the criminal case is effectively stalled. Also they're not allowed in the country even if they wanted their day in court.

The DNC filed a civil suit, but the judge threw it out because of foreign sovereign immunity to civil suits.

Maybe you could provide a source that all of this happened in the case of United States v. Viktor Netyksho et al.

But off course you can't, because you pulled this gibberish right out of Vladimir Putin's ass while you were pleasuring him.

Last I heard (apologies for the dreaded copy-pasta, but I know how you just gobble that shite up):

On May 28, Judge Friedrich called attorneys prosecuting the case into her courtroom for a closed hearing. Friedrich agreed with one defendant’s claims that Mueller had overstated the evidence when he implied in the Mueller Report to Congress that the trolls were controlled by the Russian government and that the social media operations they conducted during the 2016 presidential campaign were directed by Moscow. News organizations had seized on the highly suggestive wording in his report to report they were part of a Kremlin-run operation. Concerned that the Mueller Report could prejudice a jury and jeopardize the defendants' right to a fair trial, Friedrich ordered the special prosecutor to stop making such claims and “to minimize the prejudice moving forward” — or face sanction.
“The government shall refrain from making or authorizing any public statement that links the alleged conspiracy in the indictment to the Russian government. Willful failure to do so in the future will result in the initiation of contempt proceedings.” The judge explained that Mueller’s report improperly referred to the defendants’ “social media operations” as one of “two principal interference operations in the 2016 U.S. presidential elections” carried out by the Russian government. She also pointed out that he also referred to their Internet trolling as “active measures” — a term of art that typically includes operations conducted by Russian intelligence to influence international affairs. She said this was a departure from the government’s original February 2018 indictment, which “does not link the defendants to the Russian government" and “alleges only private conduct by private actors."
Friedrich further directed the prosecution to make clear that its allegations are simply that and “remain unproven.” She also admonished Mueller’s team from expressing "an opinion on the defendant’s guilt or innocence."

The next day Mueller made a public conciliatory "clarification", which he said had nothing o do with the rear chewing he received the day before...

What happens next, I dunno. But I think the interactions will center around what is allowed across the internet, aka social media, as it relates to political free speech etc. Here is an example (in the dreaded copy-pasta):

The Washington Post reported in 2015 that David Brock’s Correct The Record would work directly with the Clinton Campaign, “testing the legal limits” of campaign finance in the process. How did Correct The Record skirt campaign finance law? The Washington Post tells us: “by relying on a 2006 Federal Election Commission regulation that declared that content posted online for free, such as blogs, is off-limits from regulation.” And post online, Brock’s PAC did: “disseminating information about Clinton on its Web site and through its Facebook and Twitter accounts, officials said.”

Sadly, not really, good ol' upstanding citizen David Brock has other "issues", i.e. dead bodies, to contend with these days...

Wrong case. The social media trolls are not the same case as the DNC hackers. The source you quoted was about United States v. Concord Management, and bears little if any resemblance to your earlier post.

Typical Republican tactic - changing the subject when you've just had your ass handed to you in an argument. Either that or a dismally short attention span.

Justice.gov:

Grand Jury Indicts Thirteen Russian Individuals and Three Russian Companies for Scheme to Interfere in the United States Political System
The Department of Justice announced that a grand jury in the District of Columbia today returned an indictment presented by the Special Counsel’s Office. The indictment charges thirteen Russian nationals and three Russian companies for committing federal crimes while seeking to interfere in the United States political system, including the 2016 Presidential election.

Separate? Different? One in the same? You decide. BTW: As you get your own ass handed to you, you should be polite and simply say thank you.

Tell it like it is Dr Hack !! You guys really should not try to engage with these right wingers on any kind of reasonable basis. They have drunk so much kool-ade that they are peeing green or red.
I will put forth just some of the bullshit one has to swallow to be a Chump supporter;
1. The press and media are " The Enemy of the People".
2. The FBI,CIA,NSA,NSC,and committees in both House and Senate comprised of Republicans and Democrats plus the Mueller report are ALL full of shit regarding the evidence for Russian interference in 2016 election.
3. There is a " Deep State " conspiracy that is covertly trying to discredit the Chump presidency and hinder his efforts to govern.

They have a guy on here that fronts like he's a professor or something,a know it all. But I think it's really Jethro Bodine cause he can cipher a little bit,he knows his multiplication tables up to # 10.
He says the law is what Chump says it is.
He wants to make sure our country has an " Identity ". I'm not sure what kind he has in mind for us.
He also thinks when Chump spoke of "people" from "shithole countries" that he was not referencing black and brown people.
He also seems to think that Chump not winning the majority vote is a good thing and not to be viewed as a lack of a mandate.

United States v. Concord Management again, the social media disinformation case. The DNC hack was United States v. Viktor Netyksho et al.

They are two separate cases, and two different groups of people that were indicted. Which you would know if your head wasn't so far up Putin's ass.

You're welcome.

Love how the Big Cheeto got huffy today and dismissed an intelligence official because he didn't like the report about Russia gearing up to help him in the next election.
