These are the sorts of stupid headlines the WAPO is famous for. Yes, visible from space because you could see what book I am reading from a satellite these days. Exactly. Is society on that much of a fine edge that it just needs a little nudge here and there to tip it?

Look at the stock market. No one even knows what the overall affect of Corona will be but that didn't stop it from tanking.

Also with the introduction of lean production practices in most businesses, one interruption in the supply chain has a Domino action that has even broader ramifications because there are little to no reserves of anything.

It just goes, once again, to show how little there is actually holding things together.
