wouldn't it be easier to Reboot CBS News as a conservative network.

right now there are 4 liberal leaning broadcast networks. 3 of them have news agencies; ABC News, CBS news and NBC News

Fox News is only on cable. competing with 1 conservative leaning (ONA) and 3 other liberal leaning cable networks (CNN, MSNBC, HNN)). so this group doesn't count.
