Why: Prior to my wife hitting menopause things in the bed room had been slowing down for some time but when she reached 55 or so she developed vaginal atrophy which completely eliminated intercourse. The activities she had found acceptable had always been limited to missionary and DATY. At that point we were down to only the latter. After three years I began to consider options; give up and die unhappy, divorce, an affair or hobbying. Since she is still my best friend, we have a great family life, we have much in common professionally and are soon facing retirement with shared investments the option of hobbying seemed the lesser of many evils. Also my activities no longer would take financial resources that were needed for basic family expenses.
Why am I still in: I have met some very nice ladies (and a few that were not so great). I get to have great sex without commitment or feeling guilty for not being willing to make a commitment. At this point it is meeting a very important need in my life without devastating my other relationships and commitments.

Completely by accident I was in NOLA and enjoying the scenery and nightlife on Bourbon St.. I looked over and saw that there were alot of people entering a club on a street that crossed Bourbon. So I went to see what it was all about. There were two clubs one on each side of the street. I enter the one where there doesn't seem to be too much action but there were three hotties to say hello when you enter. I went in and ordered a $7 beer and wasnt too happy about that. The club was dark with music, no TV and the girls (one at a time) kept coming up to ask if I wanted some company. I finally said ok on the third. After about 30 minutes of talking, she asked if I wanted a lap dance. I didn't even know that they were offered here, so I said ok. The dance was great and she let me know that they have a VIP upstairs that is really VIP for $$, I told her I didn't have that kind of lovin on me and that I usually on carry $ on me and she asked where I was staying. So I let her know and we met up about 2 hours later. The VIP happened to be in my Hotel room. The experience was amazing, a high that I have sought ever since.

I have stayed around because of the experiences in the hobby and the people that I meet. I desire the ambiguity, but enjoy the qk when in that need of relaxation.

Wife no longer has interest in sex and never did have much.

Don't want a divorce or steady girl friend. I enjoy meeting new ladies because I love women. I like to experience meeting different ladies and not necessarily for sexual gratification.
