why cant i chat

Hello,
When I click chat the screen pops up but no words its just blank and stays that way. I'm on an android tablet.Please help.

I have Windows 8 and if I use the wigit/apps chat does not work so I have to load through desktop and I can use chat through google chrome or internet explorer, as long as I am on Desktop view (on laptop or desktop computer) maybe this is your issue or similar

Maybe because you have something else in your mouth. (LOL)

OK, that was just plain rude. But SOMEBODY had to give the smart assed answer to this question.

I know it is a techie question. I just felt like being crude. So forgive me if . . . No, on second thought, if you can't take a joke then the joke is on you.

Seriously, though, there are two versions to this website:
the FULL Version,
and an ANDROID version which may be available through GOOGLE PLAY or iPAD (I think . . . someone correct me.)

On my ANDROID, the FULL version actually works better for checking in and all. Surely it varies from ANDROID model to model.

So if you have tried the ANDROID app and gotten this hangup, you might want to try to install or sign on in the FULL version.

If you are on a tablet etc you may be lacking a flash player, the chat they use is called flash chat and its required for it.

you need flash chat 9.4 I tried to download it from the internet and it put a fawking virus on my laptop so be careful!!!!!

Flash Chat 9.4 is what they use on the server side for the chat room you just need a flash compliant device for the chat to work correctly. You need a device that will run a version of the Flash Player…….

There is no App for this site in the App Store or Google Play. To use the mobile version of this site use your browser app and go to m.eccie.net.

I have an IPad and had a similar problem because Apple and Flashplayer don't play together. I found an AP called Photon downloaded it and it works great for ECCIE Chat.
