Said it was a requirement of Dept of Health Massage Board. She didn't appear to care what was filled out, nor the accuracy!

Thanks for the review. I haven't been to any AMPs here in Jackson. Lately only Studio 1 & 2. Any advice for going to the AMPs here? Also, in my experience, the use of the form in other parts of the country seems to be sort of standard. If it helps the ladies look more legit, I'm all for it.

Does anyone know if they are reopened? Had a sign on the door 3-4 weeks ago that they were closed.

I swung past there last Sunday and while the sign said "open 7 days" they were closed. I was feeling low when my new ATF sweetAshleigh called me and I detoured to the west to see her.
