Cialis and Viagra while generally give similar results in most people, one may be more effective than the other in you. It is better to speak with a urologist if you are able to.

If you have other medical conditions like high blood pressure they ( hims and other virtual sources ) may refuse you :-( I actually have low dose cialis ( 5 mg ) for prostate issues and that really helps me with ED as well. The shots work too well sometimes lol. You will get hard and stay hard for a couple hours if that’s what you want. IMHO start with the least invasive and go forward as you need to. Pills become a crutch that can stop working after a while. Plenty of info out there about diet , exercise and natural remedies. Start there and if that doesn’t work shockwave or PRP , then pills , then shots maybe ultimately an implant.

Tri-mix injections work quite well. After viagra and cialis stopped working well, tri-mix gets the job done. The injection was nerve racking the first few times but you get used to it.

I began using Viagra in my 50's. Most times I didn't need it but it definitely enhanced the performance and desire. As the years went along, it and Cialis became more and more ineffective. Finally about 3 yrs. ago (age 75) I began using Alprostadil injections and it worked like a charm. It only took me a couple of episodes to get used to sticking a needle in my penis but with practice, many times it can be almost painless. And it worked well. I was able to stay hard (I'd say about a 7 on a 10 scale) for at least an hour.
But recently, I'm 78 next week, during the last 6 or so months I've frequently been unable to achieve entry due to softness. Distressing to say the least. Most distressing is to drop $300 and end up with a flip flop hand job.
So for the last month I have been investigating implants over the internet. I am traveling out of town in 2 days for an implant consultation. I have heard they can cost about $17,000, I will soon find out. It's a lot of money, I know. But when one considers spending about $2k/mo on escorts and another $300/mo on pills and injections, the prospect of a reliable better experience sounds cost effective.
If anyone has experience in this area I'd appreciate some information. I'll keep everyone posted as to what I find out on Monday.
If I like what I hear I'm going forward immediately with the surgery. Considering the life I've lived and the many close calls I've had, from the VN War to death threats from nut cases and contract taken out on my life, I'm lucky to just be alive. Many would consider it a minor miracle. To be able to make it to 78 and have sex 2-3 times a week I think many would think it a full blown miracle. I'll report back on what happens.
