I am a few years into the hobby and just recently found ECCIE. I think I have learned most of the lingo and acronyms or at least where to look them up. However, ROTO is one I have only seen here. Help a brother out, will ya?

I've had very few repeats. A couple times it happened and a couple times I asked for the same girl. I'd guess the girls rotate to different locations, including different cities
