Is it possible to add an 'avatar' or photo to one's profile?

I recently edited my profile to change my age from mid-40s to late 40s, lol. I didn't notice a way to add an avatar or photo e.g. Blue's Keef pic. Could someone explain how to do this? Thanks in advance.

Click username, edit options, on left side click edit avatar.

Find the hyper link to User CP (control panel-left hand side of screen) and follow the instructions above.

Thanks. I'll try that again with some of my browser options turned off. I'm guessing that's why it didnt work initially.
