Question about stripper slides (SS)

I read in the medical literature that it is nearly impossible to get HIV from a bbbj and that no known cases exist but that other STD's are readily passed by a bbbj. It would seem to me that there was higher risk of HIV with a uncovered SS. I never imagined a bare SS from a provider until reading this thread. I do so in the RW but would never do so with a provider. However a covered SS with a provider seems to be an acceptable risk. Thoughts ?
