I'm getting everything set for my upcoming 3 hour "anything goes" session.

Should I make a mental checklist of everything I want to do, or would I be better off just letting things happen.

MSOG, CIM, role playing, prostate massage, golden showers, and fisting are all on the checklist. Very rarely am I up for a double session, which is why I booked a 3 hour session. Gives me ample time to relax.

You did make sure your date has those activities on her menu, right? Especially role playing & GS. Those aren't for everyone.

You should make that mental checklist and mention it early in the session, seeing what she's up for and what's off limits. From there let things happen and focus on your pleasure, and don't worry if you don't get to everything.

And drink a big glass of water an hour before.

Bit of advice, from someone who has had some extended sessions:

Ive always had a better time without thinking too hard about the upcoming experience and building up high expectations. Just let the activity flow. Perhaps an exception for one or two specifics that you should mention early on (golden showers, fisting). We humans tend to focus on anything that didn't meet our built up expectations rather than on the glorious experiences you did have. And, this is not your last hobby session; its ok to not check everything off your hobby bucket list this one session.

One final piece of advice. Extended sessions with some extreme activities are best if the two (or three) of you have some good experiences together beforehand and have built up mutual trust and understand what the boundaries are. Otherwise your companion(s) may hold back not knowing just how far you plan to take things.

While you don't want to script every detail in advance, you can try to work some of the specific acts into the overall broader experience. Like if your role-playing request is for her to be a Domme, maybe start with a GS and then work into the fisting/PM ending in CIM. I guess it depends on how you'd like your fantasy to unfold.

But let it flow naturally. Don't try to direct every second, or time each event. I've had many extended sessions, and sometimes we don't get to everything. But if you enjoyed yourself, there's always next time!

I had a 6 hour no holds barred session last Tuesday. It was with a regular deviant lady and she came to break in my new home. We discussed what we wanted to do with each other on the morning of. She suggested that I write on small pieces of paper, activities that I'd like to do. All the things you listed plus toys, greek and some S&M flogging etc.

I wrote a lot out and when she arrived, the list went out the window and we just went with what worked at the time. She drove 40 minutes to my place with a remote control vibrator inserted inside her and she was really ready to get going.

What I found was that access to liquids for hydration was very important. Small breaks to sit back and talk were great.

We took turns being dominant. It really helped that we know each other really well and trust without exception.

I'm too bashful to try telling a lady what I want, so I write a list, explain what I would like to do if any of those activities are in her repetoire, then put that list in the donation envelope.

She reads it, knows what I want to try, and tells me what we can and can't do.

*laughing* I just wrote one of those lists and am browsing ECCIE while I wait for my new friends to show up.

Micktoz: great additional advice for anyone with a long session, especially pushing the limits. Have plenty of water and other liquids (juice, electrolytes), sexy fruit (strawberries, bananas, grapes) and snacks handy. Take breaks that are fun and sexy too so the mood doesn't ebb.

But the most important part is knowing each other really well and having trust. That way you both feel comfortable pushing boundaries. Sometimes spontaneity can be wonderful. I agree that it is best to let things flow naturally. Sometimes when you go in with huge expectations, you end up disappointed, because you had this huge fantasy built up in your head, and reality rarely lives up to fantasy.

I think it can also put pressure on the provider to perform and pressure is never conducive to a good time.

I say, go with the flow and see where things may take you. You will likely be pleasantly surprised.

Most of my playtimes are two plus hours and most go past time. I always ask ahead what he craves and any special request...ie outfits certain toys or activities so Im prepared to make his fantasy cum true. If were roleplaying I like to start before arrival so we both are in the mind set and fun is flowing when we start.
By knowing ahead what is desired its much easier to allow the fun to flow with me directing to build up with us reaching all our desired fun and pleasure....Of course cumming to me with a open mind and letting me give you The Athena Experience is always a happy wet ending for all....

You'll clarify, I'm sure, that you only practice this with ladies you've seen previously? Even still, I find myself more cautious than you. I would not write a list of desires and marry that to a cash payment. Once upon a time, the Aunts and Uncles in my local burg were arresting solicitors by handing them a 'menu' on a sheet of paper and asking them to point out what they wanted. Since the prices were listed once the gentleman made his selection they invited him downtown for coffee instead of to a private dining room. Putting it on paper is therefore something I avoid.
