I grew up a child of the 60s and bush was the norm then. I was probably in my early 20s when I encountered my first shaved one. Ironically, she would be my future ex-wife. I grew up in the day when every pussy had full blown growth...so, to me a full bush represents pussy which is always a great thing. That being said, I enjoy a shaved pussy so much more these days. I love 'philosophical' questions like this one.

Several observations before offering my preferences:

1) those of us around 60 remember when bush was never shaved. Armpits & legs generally were. Since that represented our initial experience, it holds a special hold on our erotic DNA.

2)our SOs maintained that profile, i.e. they kept their pubes. So, however good/bad our experiences with our SOs colors our opinions on this issue.

3)By the time we got to the hobby, shaved bush was the norm. That too shapes our opinions.

So, where am I?

I had a spectacular early encounter with an 'earth mother' (i.e. nothing was shaved. Her bush wasn't especially clean when I got to explore it. Initially repulsed, I ate her for all I was worth none the less, and ever since I've been insatiable for DATY.)

The "hairy pits" are more "mind over matter"....if you don't mind, then it don't matter.

I have ALWAYS been a bush lover. However, after traveling in parts of Europe, I have come to appreciate a bit more "hirstute" look. As long as a dick isn't hiding in the foliage, I am good with hair....and the more the better.

Re: hairy armpits, I have to admit that this decision to keep my armpit hair is mostly about me. I just like the way it looks on me! Kinda like I love my thick, dark eyebrows. I think it looks sexy! I kinda think shaved armpits look weird. Not that I'm not attracted to women who have shaved armpits as I can take it or leave it. Since I'm early 50's I grew up with bushes and love to find them nowadays. Not so easy in upstate NY. Armpits, well, the only hairy ones I've found weren't worth getting close to. Nah I like it when a man has some hair on him. It's really his choice, but if you ask my preference, I'd like a guy to trim a bit if his hair growth is so out of control that I'm going to be drowning in it. But for normal levels of hair growth and/or curly pubic hair that doesn't get super "long" I much prefer to go down on a guy who has some hair. But then again, I like body hair. I do think hair around the asshole can get in the way and advocate removing it if you enjoy having yours stimulated, and myself remove my own. I agree with you about that hair-hacking thing. I strengthen my pubic hair regularly with coconut oil so my hair strands don't break easily (but not right before a session since it can break latex condoms).
