Fake add Blackmail?

Got a call the other day from a text mail number saying there daughter was posting ads on skip the games and that I responded to one. They said she shouldn’t be and that they were going to put her into therapy and would be pressing charges if I didn’t pay them?. I would never consider a questionable looking provider I have a moral compass. This definitely feels like a fake add and black mail and that it wouldn’t be something that would be an issue to ignore. J.w. If anyone has had something similar happen and if this is just a scam they pull.

It clearly a scam. When I get stuff of that Ilk, I just give them reference to Federal extortion statute and mention associated possible sentences, and that almost always ends the conversation
