Trump and Reagan definitely had different personalities. The country wasn't nearly as divided back in Reagan's day as it is now.

It could have been divided back in 2000 had Gore chosen the route Trump took and claimed it was a stolen election and as VP not certified the election and tried to declare himself the winner.

So yea until this numbnutted lying sack of shit was elected, you had more respectful on both sides for our institutions.
