Joe: I wouldn't do that but my brother and sister who moved from the UK to Israel say Israeli war ships left Tel Aviv about a fortnight ago. The Christian Crusades only happened after Islam had invaded and conquered most of the known world. The Europeans were fighting back. The Muslims almost conquered Europe; ironically the French stopped them. Muslims controlled Spain for seven hundred years.

There certainly were abuses on both sides, but the Muslims started the fight. I just think its curious that some people (liberals) are so eager to point out our flaws while ignoring our enemie's flaws.

If the Muslims hadn't invaded and conquered, there never would have been a crusade.

I suppose if you had been alive back in 1941 when the Japanese bombed Pearl Harbor, you would have said that just because they bombed us that's no excuse for us to fight back.
