Senile?

Well he wasn't senile, but in his last days in office, President Woodrow Willson was incapacitated to the point that he cold not effectively functions as a competent adult.

Today we have the 25th amendment to allow for the orderly transition of power in the event of a non-fatal accident or debilitating illness.

The Democrats wanted to force out President by that route. Politics aside, anyone who has ever had a relative in assisted living facility will recognize that President Biden should resign, or be removed (by the Democrats) through that mechanism.

It is obvious you have no idea what dementia symptoms are, as your post is nothing but jibberish. Dementia is a real problem for some elderly people.

Nearly everyone has an elderly relative with some form of cognitive decline or knows someone with a relative in that condition. "Dementia" is one diagnosis, but there are other sources or causes of mental decline. Everyone sees what the state President Biden's physical condition is. At times people have to lead him around by the hand to get him off the stage. He shuffles like Tim Conway doing a comedy bit of an old man on the old Carrol Burnett show.

The Democrats and liberal press wanted to remove President Trump via the 25th Amendment for much less.
