London, you DO NOT need them. Ive seen your boobs haha, and as much as you work out they arent going to sag at all. Im older and mine don't either. Talk to a trainer, there are certain weight lifting techniques that will prevent this.

Instead of implants, would a lift or other procedure ward off the gravitational pull of Mother Earth?

In my limited experience (probably under 100 pairs of breast examined, less than 25 pairs examined closely and with serious manual inspection), natural are much better.

For me, % of natural to enhanced is 95/5%, but I probably choose them that way also. So, a very poor sample choice to base any results on. Do I choose them (ladies, not the pair of boobs) by enhancement versus natural? Probably not. Rather, the kind of lady who attracts me is not focused on her mammary glands, but rather I am attracted to ladies who seem to have something on their shoulders that attracts me.

One lady who to me shows the attraction of natural breast with a natural sag to them is Fawn. Not a young little 20-something, her breast look quite delectable in her showcase. Problem with a lift is there is no avoiding those ugly "T" scars underneath.

I would much prefer a gummy bear implant that raises them naturally but still leaves that tear drop fall.

There is so much more you can do today that was not possible years ago. There is even a fat transfer for around 15k which involves having lipo on another area and then having that fat put into the breasts.

The only problem I can see with that surgery is fat will not dispurse evenly, and what happens when you lose weight? It is supposed to be geared so that every time you gain weight it only goes to your breats....sort of like the same technique they use with lipo, but the reverse. With lipo the areas you have treated are never supposed to allow for fat accumulation again, but that's not true for everyone.

Mine are to small to be anything but natural..36B round and perky..I prefer what I have at least I don't have to worry about them sagging...LOL...Besides they say more than a mouth full is a waste...I have never considered getting implants but see nothing wrong with it if it makes a woman feel better about themselves.
