Default Fight against FOSTA update
Tomorrow is going to be the first day big day in our fight against FOSTA. As you may know last month a lawsuit was filed challenging the constitutionality of FOSTA. Tomorrow the court will hear arguments on a temporary restraining order preventing the DOJ from enforcing FOSTA. Keep your fingers crossed.

The funny part is most of the hookers were for a gun ban.

Now it is the first.

Well, when you can be held accountable (IE be fired) for something you said online 10+ years ago, that's my thought too, that the days of free speech are waning..

To my understanding nothing really happened. I guess this happens a lot in the court system?

They asked for a temporary immediate injunction to be effective until case is heard.
Judge said he'd think about it, but not gonna happen that day.

Depending upon issue, what some folks think is something that must be done today, is not considered an emergency by courts.
