Miracle of all miracles - the water got up to the front porch but no further. Both of sons and their fams all good as well.

We wound up on a 5 day road trip and never lost power so were able to watch the house with our cameras

Yes that's good to hear Silver that you and yours are safe and dry. The area I'm from got 10 inches of rain yesterday which flows right back to Sabine Pass.
