Default Are last 2 weeks of a year good time to go?

Plan to stay in Tijuana for 5 days in the last 2 weeks of December. Is it a good time to go?

Will it be too packed/crowded?

I plan to have some fun with agency girls and bar girls. Will they be working?

Are the restaurants going to be open during holiday season?

Anytime is a good time to go. If you want to stay at hotel at Hong kong, I would suggest reserving a room.Have fun. no place like it in North america, in my opinion. bring money, alot of small bills.

Have never been at that time but my understanding is that a lot of girls go home for the holidays. So it may be less crowded but that could be a good thing too. I agree with earl but all the recent price increases at HK have me holding off on another trip until next year

i probly will stick with agency girls.

Another question--I somehow like hiking..Is it safe to hike in Rosarita? Should I rent a car or I can just Uber to and from hiking place?

This is 100% true. The number of women in the zona plummets over the holidays. Many, many women go home or just take time off for their families. Note that the Epiphany (Jan 6) is a HUGE holiday in Mexico (and most Catholic countries). It rivals Christmas in importance in some places. Expect a lot of girls to take off from early December until after the first week of January.

There will still be plenty of girls working during that time, don't get me wrong. But the variety will be lacking. Most of the girls there will be ones living in TJ year-round (may be a good or bad thing), and if you are looking for a specific girl you may not find her.

There are a few places to hike in and around Rosarito. It never seemed any more dangerous than anywhere else to me, but maybe I'm just not too worried about that stuff. I like AllTrails for finding places to hike. You can filter by difficulty and length and other factors.

I've never rented a car, just took a taxi to the trail and arranged for them to come pick me up at a set time later (or more often just waited around while I hiked a bit) -- this was before I started using Uber in Mexico. I would probably consider renting a car if I were going back and forth from TJ every day, or wanted to stop at a bunch of different places.
