you thought it meant that there was no large percent of blacks living in poverty in those states .. what it really means is that there isn't a large enough percentage of blacks in those states to make a reliable percentage by sample set.

you realize that all you proved is that there ain't many blacks that live in those states yeah?

not exactly what u thought. given that small of a base, 99% of blacks could be living in poverty, but the only way to reliably determine that is go interview them all. a sample set that small can't be used. butt u knew that when you posted, right???

so you admit your point was that not many blacks live in those states. so since few blacks live on those states, other races are the poorest. interesting. did you also look and see that in every single state you cited other than Alaska, a non-white race had the highest rate of poverty? did you also notice that in every single state with a high enough black population for a reliable sample, the black race has the highest poverty rate?


all you've really done is prove blacks have the highest rate of poverty in states with large black populations and in all others except Alaska it's either hispanics or indians. so i can't wait to hear you say how this is Trump fault, or how this is any other race's fault other than blacks.
