Default A question for providers

Last week a girl that i've seen a few times called me hysterical. Her client had passed out after his session and suffered a heart attack, she called EMS and they took him to the hospital where he later died. She asked me if In could come up there and I did the police questioned her and left,as you can imagine she is a little upset and was wondering if this has happened to other providers.if you prefer you can PM me I imagine she just doesn't want to feel like Karma is against her

One of the Providers I see used to work at a "Rub & Tug" shop. She told me a story about a client there that had the same type of thing happen. Fortunately they were able to get him dressed and call for an Ambulance that got him to the Hospital in time. Now that she has gone Independent and works out of her home. She is not sure what she would do if a similar situation happened today.

My thought is she must really trust you to put you thru that. I'm sure it was a traumatic experience for her but I think she overstep by getting you involved. Now speaking for the departed, that is how I would like to go

It's happened to me 3 times. (they didn't die, that I know of)

First time, the guy passed out and was flopped out on top of me. After I struggled to get from underneath him, I called EMS and started CPR. I'm pretty sure they had their own ideas about what was going on as I was early 20's and he was 50-60's (I'm horrible at guessing ages).

Second time was the first guy again after he was released from the hospital and thought he was in the clear to resume normal activities.
When he grabbed his chest again during "the act" I told him that was it, my nerves couldn't take it if he died on me.

As far as I know he is ok....(but then I haven't spoken to him since)

The last rodeo was fairly recent. Did an outcall to a very nice hotel...

In the midst of the fun he stops, saying he was having a hard time catching his breath and he was developing an awful pain in his side and chest.

I asked if he needed medical help, to which he declined (against my better judgement IMO)

He said he had been having the pains off and on all day to which made me nervous to leave his room without knowing if he was truly alright.

I tucked him into bed with a cup of water and the phone (hotel phone and his phone) right by his bed just in case he needed them.

He did call me the next day saying he was going to make it back to his hometown and see his regular doctor.

Haven't heard back from him so I assume he is well too.

Throwing my horror stories on the table for a laugh and to let your friend know she is NOT alone.

Whether she stepped over the line or not totally depends upon the specific relationship between Johnny and that particular lady. There are some ladies who know they can call me anytime for anything. Other I would consider it inappropriate. But when this kind of thing does happen I don't think a lady is going to call someone she is only casually acquainted with.

I have had the reverse happen a couple times with the lady in question having a life threatening situation. In both cases after the ambulance ride there was a police Q&A, but they really didn't care that a young lady was in my hotel room for the night.. I fortunately knew their names. They were concerned about more serious foul play and as soon as the paramedics could confirm she wasn't beaten or drugged they stopped car in water was going on between two consenting adults.

A little search and you will find a few older threads on this general topic.

I always think about these things happening. Although it is not pleasant to talk about you just have to stop and think. Do you know CPR? I ask that question up front. Are you willing to go the extra mile for a o whom you had hired for service? Are you willing to go the extra mile for someone you have hired for you.service? If the answer is no to any one of the questions is nthen I think you would be better off

I've seen a provider this happened too. She said he was single so she didn't have to deal with any of his family. She had to talk to the cops and she said she thought they knew what was going on, but they never bothered her again.

Honey, if you are THAT good to give 3 heart attacks, I NEED to see you-- LOL

Seriously, though, this is nothing to laugh about. There's a reason all those ED ads recommend you see a doctor in order to ensure your heart is strong enough for sexual activity.

One client I had stopped the appointment after 10 minutes because he said he had heart problems. He never told me this before.

Ok, if the situation were reversed, I'd be calling 911 and live withe whatever I have to IRL.

If I just had a huge O and you know because I raised the roof with a scream...then just sneak put quietly and know I went the best way possible

If I did not pop, please call 911 so I can try again !

I always have aspirin handy and my real-world career requires me to have current CPR and first aid training, so I like to think I could at least keep the gent going until the EMTs got there. If I were doing this as a long-term primary income source I would invest in a defibrillator. I'm kind of weird, I spend a fair amount of time thinking about what I'd do in various emergency situations... not in an obsessive paranoid way but just "OK, how would I handle it if X happened?"

I always keep aspirin on me too and my RN requires i know the REAL CPR.. not the laymen BS. I would however look at his ID and get his real name and age... lol. So you can play it off like you were BF/GF or whatever and not look like a hooker fucking a john.
Also keep candy and juice incase Im with a diabetic. Thats why i LOVE P411 and guys who take the time to be honest in that bio. You know if he is diabetic.. or if he has any allergies like peanut butter or perfumes...

I dont just research that he is not LE....

and for the love of god... GUYS!! DONT TAKE A FREAKING VIAGRA IF YOURE ALREADY ON BLOOD PRESSURE MEDS!! YOUR BLOOD PRESSURE WILL BOTTOM OUT, EVEN AFTER A ROMP WHEN UR COMING DOWN FROM THAT SEXUAL HIGH AND RELAXING!!

Devon, your point about looking at their ID at that point is very important. Once you have made the decision to call 911 I really doubt any guy is going to care that you did the best you could to save his life. When the paramedics show up, and later the police, you will have enough stress without creating more. Which is going to get the focus where it belongs (and off you):

"This is Arthur Daniels, a casual friend of mine" (casual means you have plausible reason not to know what meds he's on)

Or

"No clue who he is. This is some guy who called me two hours ago to come over and have sex. I think his name on Eccie is "Big Sausasge 2" or something dumb like that. He didn't pay me enough for this drama."
