In a rather surprise move (unsurprising to us) the PGA
has decided to join-with LIV Golf... 
Nice of Donald Trump to help bring the merger together.
Now all the golfers can compete in harmony. ...

Fuck the LIV and its Founder for skating on murder charges and human rights abuses. And for fucking up the Tour, its weak-ass 54 hole tournaments, and its greedy players.
Fuck the PGA for cutting a Faustian deal, throwing its loyal players under the bus.. Fuck their greed.

Yeah, Ol' Mitch is about supressing human rights, not holding 9-11 Murderers accountable, and raking in cash. Naturally this is something he would rather avoid.
Salty, 54 holes is for WOMEN. Well, it used to be, decades ago. Even the LPGA plays 72 holes, except for 4 Tournaments this year.

The Lazy-Ass LIV Tour always does 54 holes. And only 14 fucking Tournaments. Shit, a decade ago the PGA required players to play a minimum of 15 Tournaments a year, to keep playing privileges.

I agree with you Chung, this is a bunch of bullshit and is wrong for the guys who stayed with the PGA , maybe they should not show up and play one weekend.

I don't agree. I think the LIV tour would have died from disinterest. Might have taken a few years, but they were going no where. They got those few big names, but a 54 hole, occasional tournament is not competition. It's the Circus come to town. Dudes with guaranteed money, a showcase, but no drive to win and compete. Too scattered to spur interest. TV relegated to local broadcast stations. The players they signed are unlikeable. Mickelson was likeable years ago, but even prior to LIV he was showing intense signs of greed.

then WHY would the PGA decide to merge with LIV?
Maybe some of the PGA players didn't fancy the restraints
being placed on them... Not being allowed to play in
any LIV events and what-not.

It was inevitable. LIV had the PGA by the balls. The lawsuits were adding up, an Anti Trust lawsuit loomed. They caved. And quick. The smart players took the money. I would have. Why not?
