No, but most PIA (private internet access) VPNs that allow you to appear to come from a major metropolitan area will be more than sufficient. NordVPN is the only one that comes to mind ('cause advertising) but there are many, many others.

Note that VPNs do nothing for your privacy. The Brave browser is actually your best tool for that, or the uBlock Origin add-in for Edge & Firefox, or uBlock Origin Lite for Chrome.

I second nordvpn as a good option. Not your only choice though.
