Correct Bam, but my point was that PA. being an at will
state.
They can quit for any reason at anytime and an be let go in the same manner.
In other words they are free to leave if they so choose.
And furthermore no shady looking Chinese Triad looking dude ever forced an "employee" on us.

Do you speak for how all AMP's work? ID assume that if you knew your business well, youd also know that what is said about trafficking in these places is correct. Perhaps you are the exception, I dont know.

No sir you have it in reverse, I do know the business well.
The traffickers are the exception, not the rule.
I am sure that sort of thing happens.
But I am speaking of this area.
I know most of the owners in this area.
I repeat in this area.
I am not speaking of New York or places like that, I am sure trafficking is rampant in those types of areas.
Could their be exception in this area sure their could be, I don't know all of them.
When the shit with Thai happened I was completely blown away, I have know her longer than any of them, I met her when she was a massage girl. Then the underage shit and all of the other shit that went with it!
Then in the end it turns out it was her "American" ex-husband doing "All" of it".
In the pics I had seen of him he always did look like a douchbag, She got no trouble except that Thai Carnegie closed up for good, but Thai in Bridgeville is still running. But then again Carnegie never wanted her there to begin with. And now she is living in Fla.
Did she run a jackshak sure she did, but I had also gone there and not gotten that service on a couple of occasions, so I don't think it was a decree by the boss to give hjs, just the girl doing their own thing
And that is prostution, I don't claim that everybody is squeaky clean their maybe tax issues or the aforementioned zoning violations but that is not the subject, our current subject is trafficking.
This is my final installment in this thread on this subject, you can think as you wish.
Good day everyone.

Here’s the funny thing. I started getting pedicures at an Asian place close to home. The house fee is $30 and I tip Kimmie 6 bucks. I’ll say the massage chairs there do a better job at massaging my back than most AMP girls. Kimmie does a professional pedi. But she has to fuck around with fucked up toes. I pay 30/40 Amp house fees, but tip the girls $30 for a rub and tug. Seems like Kimmie is the slave.

This is a much more encompassing definition of trafficking:

Trafficking is officially defined as the recruitment, transportation, transfer, harboring, or receipt of persons by means of coercion, abduction, fraud, deception, or abuse of power of a position of vulnerability for the purpose of exploitation. Human trafficking is not synonymous with forced migration or smuggling.

You furnished the same ridiculously broad, all-encompassing definition back then. My response still stands.

If the work and pay are not misrepresented, the person comes here legally and is free to quit or take a different job or return home at any time, you would be hard-pressed to call that human trafficking under the above definition.
Under your definition, almost anyone doing anything can be charged with trafficking. It's like the dems accusing trump of "abuse of power". Maybe they should've added an article of impeachment accusing him of human trafficking. He hired lots of people over the years so I'm sure they could've fabricated some "evidence" that fit your definition.

LOL - that is a universal definition - not my definition.

Yeah - you were wrong then and wrong now. Back then you wanted to bury your head in the sand because you like to bang Thai girls. Just like Dogface wants to pretend he doesn't "hire" girls who are trafficked. It's human nature to disavow something negative that affects something you like. I get it.

And again, IDGAF who anyone sees. We are all adults here. We all make our own choices and have our own morality. But trafficking does exist and AMPs are rampant in trafficked women

In this metro area, how many women were freed from trafficking vs arrested in prostitution busts at AMP's over the past 10 years?

If you can answer that question you can speak with authority to whether it's rampant, neglible or somewhere between.

Anyone know?

And you are who to decide who can speak with authority and based on what terms? Please. I'll thank you to let me decide when I have authority to voice an opinion thank you very much. I certainly dont need to pass your test.

You have the authority to voice an opinion. But you're not using the word the same way I am so you're missing the point.

I don't think he missed anything, you made a stupid comment that really hardly made any sense.
And he's calling you on it.
Just like the stupid comment you made about my obsession with a massage girl that I had seen exactly once just so you could throw rocks at me.
I am trying to change just a little about how I do business with the members on this site, so I won't call you a moron because that would be throwing rocks and Removing me from my newfound policy change!
But I was tempted!

Op, put the childish shit aside for a moment and consider that your ownership and depth of behind the scenes knowledge are credentials that could give you more authority to speak on matters about AMP's than a typical AMP monger who doesn't see the inner workings or only has glimpses behind the curtain.

This was acknowledged by Berry, who then tried to undercut that authority on trafficking by questioning your motives to minimize matters that would be detrimental to the business.

Except when he makes the argument that trafficking is rampant in AMP's, you turned it to local area and that in your experience it's not. Yet neither of you are pointing to specific, verifiable facts. You do being up the point that freelancing occurs which touches on prostitution and trafficking not being synonymous.

I personally believe that you're closer to the truth locally and that AMP's are stereotyped as having a larger trafficking issue than is really there, but I wouldn't consider me an authoritative source. So when I point towards types of stats that would help underpin the argument that would actually support your position, I'm pointing to what would be a more authoritative source to bolster your position.

Meanwhile, Monty is focused on a different type of authority. As a right to control and make decisions on whether he can speak his opinion. That's not how I am using the word. It's not about whether someone can have an opinion or speak it. My focus is on the power of influence based on credentials, uncommon knowledge and direct knowledge. The authority granted to an expert isn't determined by the expert. It's a choice by the listener/reader as to whether they consider a source as reliable, knowledgable and influential. Command of the facts. Sound logic in the application of those facts. Those are foundational tenets of authority beyond just having the right to speak an opinion.

I could try to cite Polaris stats which identify AMP trafficking as the 2nd most reported type of trafficking. I could point out the dramatic gap between proven cases of trafficking vs AMP's that were suspected of trafficking but ultimately busted for run-of-the-mill prostitution. I could look at the NY and Florida pipelines. I could even get into whether or not trafficking has been missed or underrepresented due to how the stats are booked and tracked based on varying laws which have some conflicting definitions or intentional or unintentional overlap. I'm waiting to see who actually uses them to gauge who actually knows shit and who just wants to argue on the internet.

Good day sir.
You were The Operator aka OP before you were banned . But then you created your second handle. Dogface, which by the way is against the rules, to get around your ban

Don't know the rules - here they are.

#17 - Multiple handles are not permitted, unless in certain circumstances are expressly approved by staff in advance on a case-by-case basis. Action will be taken in cases where staff finds multiple handles are being used for deceptive reasons, to carry out an agenda (promotion or trashing of another), or to return to the board following a previous suspension or ban.

But you knew that - hence why you try to she away from people calling you The operator. You don't want your new handle banned again for breaking the rules once again
