As with most questions in life the answer is, "it depends". Read Alaine's post three more times and you will get the best advice in this thread.

Two other pieces of advice:
--Unless you know what you actually mean by "how you perform" it is a meaningless question. Usually guys mean one of two things:
--Did HE enjoy it? You shouldn't have to ask her for that answer.
--Did SHE enjoy it. If that is what you mean, don't ask the ill-defined "how did I perform", but rather actively use your senses to read her body. If you really want to know (most guys don't), you can usually tell.

OP. Please read my post again. That is NOT what was I was trying to say. I give clients assignments and goals, when we are dealing with particular issues. Evaluation is always necessary...otherwise how do you progress? If something isn't working, then try something else. Questions are important.

I Always advise clients that haven't had a recent physical exam to do so including routine labs, STD panel, prostate check and Testosterone levels, Testosterone replacement if needed, penile sono to check blood flow if needed etc. Whatever the Doc thinks is needed. BUT please discuss your sexual issues with him.

So, I'm not talking about a routine romp with a 20 year old. If you really want to work on your big head/little head issues it takes time, trust and commitment to follow through with an established program..
