Instructions on How to create a poll?

Looking for help on how to create a poll/vote. The kind where you get to see the answers once you place your vote.

Ideally, would like to have 5-10 questions, with 3-4 answers/options for people to choose from for each question.

All assistance is greatly appreciated.
