I have been exploring sensual domination for about a year and a half and have figured out what I like and am comfortable with, for the most part.
Amongst other things, I love CBT!
There's something about the filled up ball sac that really revs my engine.
Maybe it's controlling the blood flow and watching my partner's excitement mount, then releasing the flow at just the right moment...maybe it's a visual thing...but it works for me, and for many of my playmates.

So far my preferred tool is a simple shoestring. I do not want to venture into weights, which I know is common in dungeon situations.
Does anyone have any techinique or suggestions they wish to share?

You can try attaching bottles to the shoestring and fill them with water as you to play with the weight.
Try making them masturbate with with toothpaste or Tabasco sauce.
And this one is my favorite: putting the balls in a bowl filled with ice... OUCH.

Never tried any sort of CBT, I have to wonder how this could excite a guy to have tabasco burn him and make him too sensitive to cum. I suppose after all is said and done you could always go for a prostate release.

Never underestimate the pain 15 or 20 simple wooden clothespins can inflict to a cock and balls. You don’t want to go nuts and leave them on too long, just a few minutes or so. But the real pain doesn’t begin until you start taking them off.

A thumb and forefinger wrapped around my sac is a good start for CBT. I prefer one of the velcro straps because they don't cut in too terribly much and can be removed pretty quickly when/if necessary.

I have recently experimented with ball busting. You should really give this a try. Kicks, knees to the balls. See what the sub can take.

A "humbler" is certainly an incredible invention. I have also experienced a 25lb kettle bell tied to my balls just where i couldn't stand all the way up (kettle bell on the floor) and being offered to try to traverse the room to taste my wonderful Domme. Amzingly heavy but SO fun to try.
