Heard a wise statement once.
I had a guy from a septic company told me "I can put the hose in, it doesn't mean I'll take every turd out as well".

Wow what a rude guy she is a professional and some people just don't appreciate someones craft. She has skills and honestly is a very nice person this is called customer service something she has in droves and a lot of her competition has very little.
