Default Registration Problems

A friend of mine is trying to register put whenever she attempts to do so the system always says

• You are not allowed to register multiple accounts on this forum

That error occurs no matter what username or email is written. How can this be fixed?

If she is trying to register from your computer (or other device) or another member's computer or device, the system will reject the attempt as a rule.

Have the Lady register from her own computer or device and she should have no further issues

Already tried various other computers but all of them have the same problem.

Have her send an e-mail to websupport@eccie.net.

Have her explain what she is trying to do and the issues she is having.

They should be able to help her join.

Note that there are some e-mail providers that blocke e-mail from eccie.

AOL and Yahoo are 2 that come to mind right away.

Gmail seems to be fine.

The Yahoo email issues are intermittent and not every Yahoo member experiences them.

Gmail, Hotmail, RocketMail, HushMail among others all appear to work fine.
