A parasite eventually destroys the host. Calling a baby a parasite is both scientifically and morally inaccurate.

A parasite may be temporarily using the host. Morally inaccurate?

Mutualism is just a doctrine.

I say the darker the flesh, then the deeper the roots
I give a holla to my sisters on welfare
2Pac cares if don't nobody else care
And I know they like to beat you down a lot
When you come around the block, brothers clown a lot
But please don't cry, dry your eyes, never let up
Forgive, but don't forget, girl, keep ya head up
And when he tells you you ain't nothin', don't believe him
And if he can't learn to love you, you should leave him
‘Cause, sister, you don't need him
And I ain't tryin' to gas you up, I just call 'em how I see 'em
You know what makes me unhappy?
When brothers make babies
And leave a young mother to be a pappy
And since we all came from a woman
Got our name from a woman and our game from a woman
I wonder why we take from our women
Why we rape our women — do we hate our women?
I think it's time to kill for our women
Time to heal our women, be real to our women
And if we don't we'll have a race of babies
That will hate the ladies that make the babies
And since a man can't make one
He has no right to tell a woman when and where to create one
So will the real men get up?
I know you're fed up, ladies, but keep ya head up

What about the host body? You just forget her? Without the health of the expectant mother, there is no healthy parasite. If a woman is lucky enough to be able to have children, she comes first. Do you even care about the mother? If the growth inside her is malevolent, she comes first. Life doesn't begin until you can breath on your own.

The Manson family is the extreme example on the left.

The child is the responsibility of the parents and they should give themselves up to take care of the child if they are able to do so.

If they cannot, the poor kid needs to learn to ask for seconds on soup at the orphanage.

The law is never perfectly applied equally because rich people and powerful people and pretty people have their privileges.

Trying to understand where you are going with this. Yes, the mothers life comes first. But "lucky" enough to have children? The CDC statistics are only about 10 percent of women 15-44 have trouble getting pregnant or carrying successfully. And a large portion of them are early term mis-carriages.

So any women 15-44 has a strong chance of being able to successfully carry a baby to birth.

What other considerations are you considering in the question of "Do you even care about the mother"?

Equal justice...there's no such thing. Justice depends on your position. Someone with money to go clubbing every night steals the car you spent every penny on restoring for three years. So what is justice then? You, quite rightly, want him beaten to a bloody pulp. He, in a plea deal, offers to give you a Mazda. It costs him nothing and his lawyer claims you've been made whole.
You're talking out your ass about justice...what crime did an unborn baby commit and what would be appropriate justice for, at best, criminal trespass?

And in most cases(not all, there are special cases) the eventual trespasser was welcomed invitingly into the house in the first place.
