Very well said, Chica. I didn't agree with you banning that person. I do understand that, that person had already accumulated points to the point, that any infraction would've been automatic vacation time.

I didn't ban this person. Just gave points. If there were not 24 points in place already, they would still be here.

I doubt many of you would appreciate the circumstances of your ban being discussed publicly. So we won't be going there. If you have some sort of major problem with that, my PM box is open.
