President Agent Orange stated he will make inner cities safe, yet crime is still rampant on his watch. This goes to show President Donald Duck is a failure. And yes, Trump now owns this folks.

But it does appear that Obaminable's "idea of fixing inner cities" violence is to just let them cleanse themselves by killing each other off ... and he had eight years to work "his magic."
That's how he tried to increase jobs available for Black people. Reduce the number of Black people by allowing them to kill each other off! It wasn't very effective, because by nurturing and encouraging vandalism and looting in the neighborhoods it reduced the number of local businesses which could hire more Black people.
