I don't know about Siloam, but my go-to Mexican place in Fayetteville is Mexico Viejo.

I’m not sure if they have one in Siloam, but King Buttito is my favorite. I know there are locations in Fayetteville, Rogers and Bentonville. Chuy’s in Rogers is great, too!
