There are probably a lot of guys who would love for such a famous personality as DallasRain to visit Little Rock.
Most of the arrests from years back were made under Chief ______(can’t find his name). Lots of girls used motels in North Little Rock, and sometimes Bryant. Now, more are back in Little Rock. Leadership has changed over the years. I haven’t heard of a big undercover operation in a long time. Not to say it couldn’t happen, but probably the odds are no worse than in other cities.
After Chief _______ retired, we got Kenton Buckner. Russ Racop may seem a little crazy, but he FOIAs like crazy, and digs into information others wish he couldn’t find. He found information that “Pass the Buckner” was driving a city owned vehicle to Memphis to meet with members of some interracial dating site. So he probably was not too interested in having escorts arrested. Most girls arrested during his time were street walkers or low hanging fruit.
Now we have Chief Humphrey. He has been here less than a year, maybe 7 months?, Not sure what his outlook is yet. I do know the dept constantly complains about being short handed. With killings and illegal dealing going on so heavily, I doubt there will be resources for a big operation to arrest escorts. Most of what the public complains about are street walkers. Pimps and those trying to work underage girls are the biggest threat to the safety of us all. They cause attention to be focused on all escorts.
Russ Racop also found some indication the current mayor, who just took office at the first of 2019, has had some dates with prostitutes before he was elected.
North Little Rock used to be less prone to arrest prostitutes. Part of that may have stemmed from a high-ranking officer whose daughter owned an escort agency. Now the agency is gone and the officer has passed away, so who knows what their policy is now.
With all the LGBTQWERTYUIOP (lost track of all the added letters long ago) activities taking place in clubs and on public streets, escorting looks rather mild. Add to that all the young to middle age women who dress like street walkers to go to the grocery store or WallyWorld.
Probably no more dangerous here than anywhere else. With that said, it is of UTMOST importance to always be vigilant and not become complacent. We ALL need to be observant and pass on suspicious info to others who might be affected. It is important for ladies to give references to each other. No matter how much one woman might want to have a monopoly or exercise price control, she is ALWAYS going to have competition.
I am sure DallasRain’s dance card would fill quickly in LR!
