One way to start would be drinking your own pee. Take a glass into the bathroom, pee in it, and test the waters, so to speak. It may take a lot of the pressure off not having to worry about anyone else seeing your reaction. Depending on how you respond to your own, you can decide whether you still want to practice with someone else, or move straight to your main partner.
