They didn't press some charges because flynn pled out.

And now there will be no barr to not press charges.
There will be no trump to pardon him because trump won't risk his "legacy" or his 2024 "presidency" to pardon a traitor on his "slug like crawl (complete with trail of slime)" exit from the white house.
flynn will dump her too.

Because it is time to heal, we'll let flynn off with 6 months of confinement in his new plea deal
