When did Hillary REALLY take responsibility? Who did she fire? Who did she demote? Why didn't she resign? That is how you take responsibility and then you fix the problem. Nothing has been done to fix the problem has it?

Remember the buck stops here....when will Obama take responsibility. Why didn't he fire Hillary? That is how an chief executive takes responsibility. He has not done it yet.
