He told the crowd that by doing so, he faced expulsion from the Senate.

The Problem........The Senate had already given him permission to release the documents.

I'm confused.. I read the link, but there is one small paragraph that starts with "hours after the initial fiasco...Booker released a string of documents that did appear to be marked 'committee confidential'"..


that says to me that Booker released some approved documents early in the day, then later released more documents that were considered classified..


or did I miss something?

I'm still not getting it. you guys are poking at Booker, but he still released confidential info, documents, and via tweets later on. sure some of that was cleared the night before, but some was not.

The article from FOX you cited doesn't say that at all. Nor does it mention how when a Wall Street Journal journalist questioned Booker about his histrionics how Booker told the journalist the journalist was violating the Constitution.
