Default Matter of indiscretion

A provider contacted my wife. She got info from my wallet while I was in the bathroom. Aren't there rules against that?

I'm sensing there is a little more to this story than we are hearing??? Perhaps looking to back channel and bash a provider?

To answer the question, I have not heard of or know a provider that would do that though.

You bring your wallet with personal info in with you to an appointment? Why would you do that?

I don't think any staff member can help you with that.
