Yeah, we shall. I would like to know what kind of hard evidence she can present after nearly thirty years. She better come up with some video evidence because there is no longer any physical or DNA evidence. It's just mostly hear say and that's not going to cut it.

Yes that’ll absolutely cut it. Trump won’t testify in his defense. This is not a criminal trial where the standard is beyond reasonable doubt. This is a civil cast and it’s only a preponderance of the evidence.

She will have her testimony and that of her friends who will testify that she informed them of it contemporaneously.

It won’t help that he said he assaults women because he can get away with it.
