seeing a provider who doesn't screen or ask for reference 🤔

so I'm gonna start a new friendly thread !
I wanna know if you feel safer seeing a provider that doesn't screen or ask for reference or does that matter to you when choosing ? This seems to be a issue for some new fellas, so I'm curious what the rest of you think ?

If they don't screen, I don't see them.

I pretty much won't see anyone without P411.

Screening is important to me. However, when they start asking for paystubs or employer ID, that's a bit much. I can give references.

screening that is comfortable for both is always the best way to go in my book

Screening is a very important part of this hobby for safety. Both the hobbiest and provider should feel comfortable with each other.

But my dilemma is I don't get to hobby very often, and when it comes to references, well they are a little outdated. I am not comfortable about giving out personel info, just like most providers don't want to give out thier personel info.

I have been a member on this site for a good amount of time now and have several reviews under my belt. I just hope that may help sway a providers decision to see me.

Honestly if a provider doesn’t screen she’s most likely a cop. They don’t care about knowing you’re someone safe to see, they just want to catch you red-handed.

one time a had a regular and she knew my info "screened". I got tired of seeing her "burned out". So she got mad and left reviews on my site and threatened me.... YUP..... So now i dont even go by my real name or job.My new regular has no idea who i really am and it works out.

If they're not reference friendly I don't want to see them . Info is a 2 way street.

I suppose i do feel safer. I don't hobby enough to keep current references but asking about a job and such is fine. Just the small bit of extra conversation and interaction in the screening process gives me a better idea of the provider, too.
