Just about to say it.....you need to seriously tighten up your screening process and start now! If you and your clients are being targeted there are many things you need to implement right away, I'm sure the ladies can steer you in the right direction. I loathe giving business advice to providers as its always received so well!

I just had an interesting discussion with a lawyer friend. He said that most defense attorney's don't want to know "the truth". They prefer that clients tell them nothing. He said the most criminal defenses aren't fought over the the actual innocence or guilt of their client. Most criminal defenses are based on attacking the prosecution's case thus creating reasonable doubt.

I think we are either not getting full story or ole dude lied about getting busted. Seriously? Does this mean if I walk out of an exes house and get a dui I can get out of it if i claim the ex forced me? Im curious as to why you havent posted any info on him so we can stay clear?
Great point. So, let's say, hypothetically, that a provider refused to see me so I left insulted. Five minutes later I am pulled over by the police because I am not wearing my seat belt, my tail light is out, etc. Hmm, I think I'll get back at her and make up this story that I something occurred that didn't. This will get me off the hook if I give them a bigger fish as well as get me some sweet revenge.

An even better point on why he wasn't identified as a warning.

There are many many problems here. Brooke is right. If you've been doing this for seven years and you're having these kinds of problems, I'd pick another career. Otherwise you'll end up in jail and actually have to do time for it.

Definitely get a lawyer this time because you simply didn't break the law, though it might be too late since you don't know your rights and you've already given a statement and said who knows what.

But really, seven years and you're still getting caught up in simple stings? Come on....

As SJ would say. STFU, get a lawyer and then STFU.

I'm very very confused...maybe its because I'm not from here...but for it to be a STING, doesn't there have to be an inside person?

I mean, it's not as though you were purchasing illegal GOODS, and they have physical evidence, and can ask, "Where did you get this?" Leaving him to implicate you...

You provided a service...and unless either HE or YOU were working with the law, and was equiped with either video or a recording device, anyone other than the two of you (and the entire internet, since you decided to share with us) would have any idea what concretely happened.

My understanding of stings is that the law will set up a residence and move through a steady stream of either girls or guys, recording (to some degree) everyone, in an effort to gather evidence.
Not pulling over seemingly random men to get wobbly hearsay at best.

Something doesn't make sense to me...
Maybe someone can shed some light for me.

So, they were coming to get YOU, which would imply they had some WAY to concretely catch you (vidoe, recordings, the e-mails or phone calls you booked without screening)....but instead opted for hearsay evidence?

Something doesn't make sense AT ALL.

ok, you have been around for 7 years but just registered here, and been busted 3 times? time for a new career. and if you are currently under charges, it's best to NOT be posting it here. you just gave them written proof of your guilt.

All the OP's responses are cryptic as hell. Is this some attempt at haiku?
