I've got the T25 workout plan available. I have the disc set (alpha, beta, and gamma) and I have it available on MP4 video so you can play it using your Android or tablet. I have all the guides and calendars on pdf for you. MP4 video set is basic. Doesn't come with the gamma workout. This workout is extra anyways and doesn't come with the original base set. It's to maintain after the main workout plan has been done. I'm just adding it with the disc set. It's everything except the resistance bands. The disc set is $30 and the MP4 video set is $25. compare to real prices. Get that booty tight..
