When you purchase a subscription through ccBill, for example paid Premium Access, your access is granted immediately once your card is charged.
If you purchase a subscription for Premium Access and your account is not upgraded immediately, simply click the "Contact Us"
link at the bottom of the page and send us a note at Web Support. You will need to include the ccBill confirmation number which comes to you in an email when you make the purchase and also tell us how long the subscription was for. We will be able to verify the information you give us, but this will make it very quick and simple for us to upgrade your account properly in short order.
