Hahaha, what an inaccurate rag of an article. First the symptoms you've listed are common too but not limited to Bi-polar disorder. In order to confirm a complete diagnosis of Syphilis an extensive blood work up must reveal the presence of the Pathogenic Bacterium Spirochete. Without this confirmation Syphilis can't be diagnosed. Furthermore no one can publicize such a diagnoses without the lawful consent of the person diagnosed. Trump could easily sue this quack for publicizing such bullshit.
