knoxville travel advice

First time poster here I am considering making a hobby trip to knoxville. Any ladies have any experience and general word of advice with this? Any men with recommendations for areas to avoid if Im booking an air b and b?

So, I am male but I have been in and around the the trade since 1996 when I was young. I also lived in and around Knoxville for 13 years. Personally I dont have the most current info because I live in Nashville now. However somethings dont change ever in some places. People in that part of TN feel much safer at home so on maybe 5 or 6 trips to Knox I would say 65%-75% out and the locations vary greatly. I drove so.many miles in the area for a low number of dates. You can also get lost in appearances there because the wealthiest person in the room maY look the worst dressed. I didn't research your profile or sites but I will tell you that in my opinion the niche is still higher revenue donations for less time will provide a better experience than letting yourself get seduced by flashy higher volume opposite. Some of the.most successful women of the past in knox were pretty outward and open because a lot of areas are inviting of people in the community that give back to local governments in more ways then one. Remember size wize Knoxville is fairly small so the demand can only increase by increasing your area of coverage. West Knox is great to stay and farragut as well. Downtown has spots of really neat but some area are still behind. If your are locates across the river in south knox you only have 3 bridges to get back oved to where most of the customers will be.
