Good freaking grief. In the contracting world the only prices that are not negotiated are government contracts, which usually end up having contractors who never can get any private lucrative work. In the private contracting world there is always some negotiation.

Just say no to lower price offer. It is that simple.

You can also up your rates and let people negotiate them down to the price you want and them feel like they got something for free.

If a lady is very well reviewed and is reasonably priced, there is no reason to ask for a rebate/discount/ect. No matter her skin color.

If she is what you think is over priced, and has any recent no reviews, just stay away. There are too many good providers that are reasonably priced.

If you let skin color be your deciding factor, you are cutting your pool of ladies in half. But it's your choice.
