--slings his bullshit this week--and assumes all will believe it and thank him--is simply because he was elected (ahem) without campaigning and since taking office has had his wrinkly old balls and ass licked by his media handmaidens. They creamed themselves over his "decency" and marveled at his "impeccable suits". They created a monster who thinks he can say anything and be believed and applauded.
