It's almost typical. The ones who will suffer the most and afford the suffering the least will SUFFER, and the ones who have coverage sitting in Congress don't need to worry about it, because they are covered.

Point was if it isn't bipartisan bill every time the majority changes there will be an effort to repeal the last one.

Then insurers can offer coverage to the ones that can afford it or work for a company providing it, and the others go to the ER and get free treatment.
